Lil Baby kicked off 2025 with a bang, dropping his new album “WHAM (Who Hard As Me)” featuring a star-studded lineup including Young Thug, Future, Travis Scott, and more. While critical reception for the album has been mixed, early sales projections suggest a strong debut for the Atlanta rapper.
According to HitsDailyDouble, “WHAM” is projected to debut at #1 on the Billboard charts with 130,000 units sold in its first week. This includes an impressive 31.5K pure sales. While this is a dip from the 200K+ opening weeks of his last two albums, it’s still a strong showing for Baby, especially with the recent decline in album sales.
Interestingly, Lil Baby is already following up “WHAM” with another new project titled “Dominique” slated for release next month.
“WHAM” Gets an Extended Edition
Not content to rest on his laurels, Lil Baby has already released an extended edition of “WHAM” as a digital download. This expanded version boasts four additional tracks: “99” featuring Future, “Idol,” “Running This Shit,” and “My Shawty.” The extended edition will be available on streaming platforms this Friday.
To further promote the album, Lil Baby has also dropped the music video for “By Myself” featuring Rod Wave and Rylo Rodriguez. You can check it out below.
